Recruitment Sourcing Specialist II

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategy for each client.
• Source qualified candidates within client’s industry using a variety of recruiting strategies.
• Provide exceptional candidate care and maintain accurate information on all interactions.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in a given industry or function.
• Proven ability to creatively use job boards, social media, and Boolean search logic.
• In-depth industry knowledge and ability to recruit across multiple functions.
