You will own end-to-end top-of-funnel sourcing activities, including role calibration, search strategy development, and candidate handoff.
You will build and maintain high-quality pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
You will use AI tools to automate workflows and improve sourcing efficiency.

Requirements:

8+ years of dedicated sourcing experience supporting business and corporate functions.
Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM platforms.
Strong outbound recruiting skills with ability to create personalized engagement strategies.
