What You'll Do:

Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Noon.ai, Ashby, and other tools to identify exceptional technical talent.
Craft personalized outreach that gets responses and conduct recruiter screens.
Track pipeline metrics and consistently exceed weekly sourcing and intro goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

$150,000 base salary with uncapped variable comp and meaningful equity.
