What You'll Do:

Drive outbound sourcing campaigns for high-priority engineering roles across hardware and software disciplines.
Develop personalized, high-conversion outreach that communicates Mainspring's mission and technology.
Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize strategy for pipeline quality.

What We're Looking For:

3–7+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth environment.
Strong proficiency with modern sourcing tools and AI-powered platforms.
Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage multiple searches under tight deadlines.
