About the Role:
- As the first Technical Sourcer at Vesta, you'll own finding and engaging the best talent for our most critical technical roles.
- This is a proactive, not reactive role. You'll shape how Vesta recruits as we scale.
What You'll Do:
- Build pipelines through GitHub, technical communities, niche forums, and referral networks.
- Craft specific, human, and tailored outreach messages.
- Use tools like Claude and purpose-built recruiting AI to personalize outreach at scale.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company.
- A track record of creative, proactive sourcing with specific channels that worked.
- Exceptional written communication and a high personal bar for quality.
