Responsibilities:
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing for business and G&A roles with calibration and strategy.
- Build and engage pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound campaigns.
- Deliver diverse, high-signal slates and track funnel metrics for data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- 8+ years dedicated sourcing experience in-house or agency, across business and G&A functions.
- 2+ years sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager+) with deep LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
- Proven success building diverse pipelines and using AI tools like Claude for automation.
