What you'll do:
- Find and attract the world's best talent to our client.
- Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and Boolean.
- Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture.
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of non-technical recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
