Talent Sourcer

About the Role:

• We're hiring a Talent Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional candidates as Tremendous continues to grow.
• You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand our hiring needs and build high-quality pipelines.

What You'll Do:

• Source high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals, and other tools.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for open roles across functions.
• Use data and feedback to improve sourcing conversion and pipeline health.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a preference for growth-stage company experience.
• Strong research instincts and ability to turn ambiguous requirements into targeted candidate lists.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and interest in leveraging AI tools.
