WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1:
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across multiple concurrent global searches in the US, UK, Denmark, and India.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and adapt sourcing approaches.
- Build talent market intelligence by mapping competitor landscapes and compensation trends.
ABOUT YOU:
- You prioritize sourcing quality over quantity and care deeply about sending the right candidates forward.
- You're comfortable participating in intake meetings and asking thoughtful questions.
- You take ownership, move quickly, and know when to solve problems independently versus escalate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a blended role.
- Demonstrated success sourcing Product Managers, Product/UX Designers, and Engineers within complex B2B SaaS organizations.
- Expert sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and AI-assisted tools.
