Talent Sourcer

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines across Product, Engineering, Growth, GTM, and other departments.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates through personalized messaging to generate interest in open roles.
• Track sourcing metrics and use data to refine outreach strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and ATS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
