What You'll Do:
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and creative channels.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future needs while partnering with recruiters.
- Craft personalized outreach, screen candidates, and track activity in the ATS.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years sourcing, recruiting, or BDR experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and engaging passive candidates.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience sourcing for technical roles in startups.
- Familiarity with ATS tools like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Interest in employer branding or recruiting operations.
