Talent Acquisition Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates across different seniority levels and support hiring for a variety of tech and non-tech functions.
• Build talent pipelines primarily across the US and LATAM, using AI tools and personalized outreach.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and initial screening conversations.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience with international markets preferred.
• Strong interest in AI and demonstrated experience using AI tools in sourcing or everyday workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
