Senior Talent Sourcer

About the Role:

• The Senior Talent Sourcer drives outbound lead generation and pipeline development.
• Works closely with internal recruiting leads using advanced Boolean searching, cold messages, and targeted outreach.
• Identifies, engages, and qualifies passive talent.

Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidate pools using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean queries, and alternative discovery channels.
• Review profiles and resumes against technical and operational job requirements.
• Build targeted candidate lists and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing, outbound lead generation, or agency recruiting for US clients.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills (C1/C2) with a strong phone presence.
