Key Activities:
- Manage the pod of early-talent recruiters and HR coordinators, setting priorities and coaching the team.
- Own the funnel from application review through offer, ensuring quality and candidate experience.
- Direct the employer-of-record lifecycle including offers, background checks, and onboarding.
What You Will Own:
- Lead the pod, manage recruiters and HR coordinators, and grow the team as cohorts scale.
- Own screening and selection, and the employer-of-record lifecycle for fellows.
- Use AI to automate repetitive work in recruiting and HR ops to hold the ratio.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years across recruiting and HR or people operations, including managing others.
- Experience with high-volume or early-talent hiring and HR operations.
- Comfortable with AI tools, automation, and handling employee relations.
