New Recruiter, Early Talent Programs - Claude Corps (Contract)

About the Role:

• This is a contract, full-time position for 6 months reporting to the Head of People.
• You will own a meaningful portion of the candidate funnel, from application review through structured interviews and advancement decisions.
• Your work directly shapes the quality, credibility, and impact of the Claude Corps program.

What You’ll Do:

• Review applications against defined eligibility and selection criteria.
• Conduct structured 30-minute interviews assessing motivation, learning agility, judgment, problem-solving, communication, and mission alignment.
• Score candidates using a shared competency rubric and participate in regular calibration sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience recruiting early-career talent through university recruiting, campus hiring, fellowship selection, or high-volume entry-level hiring.
• A track record of conducting structured interviews and making consistent decisions across large candidate pools.
• Commitment to equitable selection practices and comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency while keeping human judgment central.
