- Own Shield AI's university recruiting strategy end to end, from school selection to conversion.
- Drive full-cycle hiring for interns, co-ops, and new grads across multiple engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead demand collection with business leaders and drive req approvals.
- Represent Shield AI at career fairs, tech talks, and info sessions.
- Partner with the intern program team on mentorship matching and project scoping.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in university recruiting.
- Demonstrated ownership of campus strategy and high-volume technical hiring.
- Strong data instincts and experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
