Recruiter (Research)

The role:

• You will own full-cycle recruitment for AI Research, ML, data, evaluations, and ML infra roles.
• You will develop a deep understanding of our research agenda and technical challenges.
• You will source candidates from AI labs, technical startups, universities, and scientific networks.

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring Research and ML talent.
• You understand what Research Scientists, Research Engineers, and ML infra Engineers do.
• You can engage researchers and engineers who are not actively looking and communicate why our problems are technically meaningful.
