About the Role:

• Most contract recruiting roles hand you a req list, but here you'll recruit for the most exciting work in tech right now.
• You'll scale real projects, not fill seats, building pipelines for AI engineers and senior consultants.
• Your work is visible and directly powers client delivery.

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle sourcing and recruitment for technical, AI engineering, and consulting roles.
• Build and nurture pipelines of talent across Canada and the US.
• Craft outreach that gets replies and help scale hiring for major engagements.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience recruiting in tech and/or AI, ideally within consulting or professional services.
• A sourcer's instinct and excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with pace and ambiguity, based in the Toronto area.
