Technical Recruiter

About the Role:

• We are seeking a hands-on technical recruiter to build the team behind Andromeda's next stage of growth.
• You'll own a focused portfolio of high-priority searches across engineering and AI infrastructure.
• This is an individual contributor role with room to shape the recruiting function as we scale.

What You'll Own:

• Run full-cycle recruiting for critical technical searches, from intake to close.
• Build pipelines through creative sourcing, unconventional channels, and relationship development.
• Partner with hiring managers on pipeline reviews and hiring decisions.

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a track record of winning engineering talent.
• Success in fast-growing startups, with the ability to adapt and do the work directly.
• Exceptional storytelling, judgment, and the ability to close candidates in competitive situations.
