  • End-to-end product design: Take problems from research to shipped UI, pairing with engineers through implementation and review.
  • Own the design system: Mature tokens, components, and patterns for dense, data-rich surfaces like capacity tables and job dashboards.
  • Set the design direction: Establish visual language, interaction patterns, and quality bar for the whole product, and help hire the team later.
