About the Role:
- We are looking for a high-performing Talent Sourcer to build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline for our Engineering team.
- This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
The Impact You'll Have:
- Build and maintain a rich pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent.
- Own market mapping efforts and design creative sourcing strategies.
- Lead high-volume candidate outreach and track metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a track record of building engineering pipelines.
- Deep sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
- Data-driven mindset and exceptional organizational skills.
