Responsibilities:
- You will proactively source candidates across technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and creative channels.
- You will build and maintain qualified talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring priorities.
Requirements:
- You have 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent-focused role.
- You possess strong sourcing capabilities across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
