Temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Technology

Role Overview:

• You will proactively source and engage passive technical talent for high-priority openings.
• You will design and execute search strategies using advanced Boolean searches and diverse networks.
• You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by building relationships with underrepresented communities.

Qualifications:

• You have 4+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in technical domains.
• You have a proven track record in sourcing for AI, software development, and product management.
• You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The salary range is $120,000 per year.

• This is a remote-permitted role with occasional travel.
