Oversees multiplatform coverage by a group of reporters and editors focused on chronic health and development issues in lower income countries.
Partner with other Science Desk editors, NPR shows, Newscast and digital editors to coordinate global health coverage on multiple platforms.
Supervise at least five direct reports, including preparing their regular performance reviews, and making effective recommendations regarding any hiring, promotion, and discipline for these positions.
Lead the development of reports, dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable data.
Oversee the development of donor lists and provide assessment for specialized cross-divisional projects as needed.
Develop a comprehensive data audit suite of reports to proactively detect anomalies, ensure data hygiene, and maintain the integrity of the donor database.
Serves as the primary point of contact for public donor inquiries via email and voicemail.
Responsible for all aspects of database gift entry in Salesforce and must be able to independently handle processing of lockbox, credit card, wire, stock, pledge and gift agreements and all other types of transactions.
Maintain ongoing gift data hygiene, maintenance, and ad-hoc clean-up projects and other necessary tasks to ensure integrity of the database.
