Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technology

Technical Recruitment & Sourcing:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, cloud systems, product management, digital design, and corporate IT roles.
• Devise targeted sourcing campaigns using specialized developer networks and platform-specific communities.
• Lead alignment kickoffs with engineering and product managers to map skill architectures and define interview loops.

Operations, Screening & Compliance:

• Integrate structured technical screening tools within Greenhouse Recruiting workflow.
• Use systems to manage requisitions, document evaluations, track conversion ratios, and generate metrics.
• Maintain strict compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and internal processes across the hiring lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement & Program Support:

• Train and coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and bias minimization.
• Cooperate with HR Business Partners on onboarding transitions and employer branding efforts.
