Recruiter - Talent Pipeline and Candidate Community

Accountabilities:

• Build, maintain, and continuously refresh talent communities for priority role families, proactively sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and re-engaging candidates.
• Manage a full-cycle recruiting desk across multiple open positions, from job posting and screening through to candidate start.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the actual hiring bar and deliver evidence-based shortlists.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and maintaining a talent pool, including interviewing and vetting candidates before roles opened.
• Recruiting experience in customer service, executive assistance, accounting, or sales operations, with U.S. market experience.
• Advanced English and ability to work with U.S. Central Time overlap, plus strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Benefits:

• USD $1,250/month during first 90 days, increasing to $1,500/month thereafter.
