We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring across Creative, Paid Media, and more, partnering closely with the Director of People.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Brazil, supporting the EST time zone.

What You'll Do:

Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, sourcing talent globally via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Coordinate interviews and contribute to process improvements to help us hire faster.

What You Bring:

3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment, with strong sourcing skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable with shifting priorities.
