Talent Acquisition Specialist

THE ROLE:

• We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as we scale globally.
• This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• You will manage multiple hiring priorities and partner closely with stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
• Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.

THE RIGHT FIT HAS:

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
