About the Role:
- We are looking for a Growth Recruiter to source and acquire quality candidates for high-volume positions.
- You will support candidates throughout the recruiting process and partner with cross-functional leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using various tools and review applications.
- Screen candidates and provide white-glove service.
- Represent the brand at growth recruiting events.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience sourcing high-volume roles.
Nice to Have:
- Startup experience and full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Linkedin Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, Gem.
