About the Role:

• This is a 3-6 month contract role to support global recruiting across multiple regions.
• You will sit at the table with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to shape hiring strategy.
• AI fluency is a core part of how the Talent team operates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to senior roles across the U.S., Canada, London, Poland, and the Philippines.
• Engage directly with leaders to define role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate every stage of the recruiting process to ensure consistency and transparency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle global recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven track record of hiring for multiple departments at mid-senior level.
• Skilled relationship-builder with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
