• Lead end-to-end implementation projects across the Genea Security product line
• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project requirements
• Own project timelines, deliverables, and status trackers

• Design, implement and maintain features on our web platforms.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance secure, scalable, and efficient backend solutions using .NET technologies.
• Own the full lifecycle of feature development, ensuring high standards of quality from requirements analysis to maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to ensure integrated solutions.

The Invoicing Specialist I assists the Submeter Billing department. The person ensures accuracy and timely entry of data in business systems. Job also requires providing customer support through data validation.

Oversee global Operations functions, including Implementations, Technical and Customer Support, Customer Success, Finance, and Administration. Drive strong collaboration and alignment among diverse Operations teams and other departments. Establish and refine data-focused KPIs to inform decision making and drive accountability.
