What You'll Do:

Run executive search projects including market mapping and direct approach to passive candidates.
Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate engagement through first day.
Keep pipeline data clean and report on hiring results.

What We're Looking For:

6+ years in recruitment with executive search experience and a strong sourcing focus.
Self-driven, persistent, and resilient with strong stakeholder management.
Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.
