What You Will Do:
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage end-to-end recruiting across GTM and non-tech business functions.
- Sales Comp & Offer Communication: Confidently present and explain variable compensation models.
- Global Compliance Navigation: Ensure offer letters and hiring checks comply with local regulations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a focus on non-technical roles.
- Based in Ireland or compatible EMEA hours to align with global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to walk candidates through variable incentive and commission plans.
