International Sales Recruiter

The impact you will have:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for international business roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions.
• Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing strategy, and closing approach.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional talent across EMEA and other global markets.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong experience supporting international business hiring in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets, with the ability to adapt search strategy by region, function, and candidate profile.
