What You Bring:

5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on go-to-market and technical roles.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience.
Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing and international recruiting.
Strong relationship-building skills with business leaders and a candidate-centric approach.
