  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for BLOCKINT public sector capabilities, translating mission requirements into a roadmap balancing near-term deliverables with long-term platform scalability.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate product workflows, including drafting PRDs, synthesizing customer feedback, conducting competitive analysis, and generating stakeholder briefs to maintain alignment.
  • Drive adoption and retention metrics by partnering with customer success and field teams to identify friction points and ship targeted product improvements each quarter for federal, state, and law enforcement accounts.
