The Sales Account Director for APAC Private Sector will join a team driving TRM’s go-to-market strategy in the APAC Private Sector market. This role involves expanding and strengthening TRM's foothold in the space by consulting with customers and managing the sales process, and closing six and seven-figure deals.

The Sales Account Director will join a team driving TRM’s crypto go-to-market strategy for Public and Private Sector customers in the DACH region. The goal is to increase and strengthen foothold in the space. Looking for a customer-obsessed, consultative salesperson to own the entire sales process with new and existing customers. This person will be knowledgeable about the cryptocurrency ecosystem and feel comfortable navigating complex processes to close six and seven figure deals.

Collaborate with a team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and build scalable infrastructure for TRM's products and services. Be deeply involved in the technical details of building highly available infrastructure and work to build a safer financial system for billions of people. Develop software and tooling to facilitate greater automation, support, maintenance, and operability of services.

The Data Partnerships Lead will spearhead the identification and management of data partnerships critical to the success of TRM's product lines, requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record in establishing partnerships and deep data compliance understanding.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will have end-to-end ownership of custom models, algorithms, and other data products that feed directly into TRM’s UX. Working with engineers, data scientists, and research scientists, you'll uncover valuable information to detect, prevent, and mitigate cryptocurrency fraud and financial crime. The models you create will identify new threat vectors unique to cryptocurrencies and blockchains, and will be consumed by prestigious entities and law enforcement agencies.

As a member of the Global Investigations Team, you will conduct ad hoc investigations, time sensitive blockchain analysis for our partners, and develop solutions that allow TRM to scale rapidly and effectively. You will collaborate with an experienced team of blockchain intelligence experts, engineers, and data scientists to deliver cutting-edge support to TRM's clients.

As a Recruiter, you will help drive TRM's ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent at TRM. You will build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent to TRM. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams. Plus, you will develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
