Play an integral part of the accounting close and reporting process by assisting the team to implement an effective month-end and quarter-end close process; prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules on a timely basis. Collaborate with cross functional teams to help implement company policies and processes, and engage in revenue operation. Review tax deadlines and pay employees.

Expand and strengthen TRM's foothold in the EMEA Private Sector market as a customer-obsessed, consultative salesperson. Own the entire sales process with new and existing customers, leveraging knowledge of blockchain intelligence within EMEA Financial Institutions to close six and seven-figure deals.

Architect and build highly scalable, reliable, and data-heavy distributed systems that will integrate a variety of data sources. Build performant, and reliable production-grade systems, from whiteboard to production. Design and optimize protocol implementations, including consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networking, and data validation mechanisms.

You will have end-to-end ownership of generating insights, developing custom models and building critical analytics products. In collaboration with a highly skilled team of engineers, data scientists, and blockchain analysts, your goal will be to uncover valuable and defensible information that can be used to detect, prevent, and mitigate cryptocurrency fraud and financial crime. The models and analysis you create will be specifically designed to identify new threat vectors that are unique to cryptocurrencies and blockchains.

Help drive TRM's ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent at TRM. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition. Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent to TRM. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams, creating positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.

As a member of the Training Team at TRM, you will be responsible for facilitating the rapid upskill required to educate and empower people to protect the blockchain ecosystem. You will program manage and conduct live and virtual training to a global community of learners, produce insightful learning modules, and proactively identify and build relationships with industry partners. You will also maintain a working proficiency in conducting on chain investigations.

The Legal Counsel will report to the Chief Legal Officer and join an experienced, close-knit team that advises across all aspects of TRM’s rapidly-growing global business. The team provides timely, ethically-sound, and commercially-savvy advice on matters including commercial disputes and regulatory matters, contract negotiations, product counseling, compliance with global laws and regulations, dispute avoidance/resolution, corporate governance, and overall risk management.
