About the Role:
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a sourcing-first recruiter and strategic advisor to hiring leaders, anchored in EMEA GTM hiring.
- You'll operate inside an AI-forward TA function, using Findem, Ashby, and BrightHire to move faster with better data.
What You Will Do:
- Own EMEA GTM hiring end-to-end, acting as a strategic advisor to Sales and Customer Success leaders.
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines in Findem, surfacing GTM talent before they're actively looking.
- Report pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness to business leadership with a regular cadence.
