- Builds high-quality talent pipelines and increases funnel efficiency.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Design and execute scalable, data-informed sourcing strategies across clinical, technical, and corporate functions.
- Build and maintain high-quality active and passive pipelines for critical roles.
- Own sourcing funnel performance and implement improvements.
The Expertise Required:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.
- Strong analytical capability with experience translating sourcing data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to build and scale proactive talent pipelines in competitive markets.
How We Work Together:
- Remote within the United States with less than 10% travel.
- Physical demands include use of keyboards and computer equipment.
