Recruiter (12 Month Assignment)

About the Role:

• This is a fully remote, 12-month temporary assignment.
• You will support full-cycle hiring across a broad range of roles and seniority levels.
• The role combines talent acquisition with market insight and stakeholder partnership.

Accountabilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide guidance.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Professional services or AEI industry experience strongly preferred.
