Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

You Will:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced consulting positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies for specialized roles.
• Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in professional services.
• Experience recruiting for Medicaid consulting roles strongly preferred.
• Proven success using various sourcing techniques and building strong relationships.

Compensation Details:

• The hourly rate is $50-$60 per hour.
• Compensation is based on experience, education, and other qualifications.
• This is a fully remote position within the United States.
