About the Role:

• We are seeking a results-driven Temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
• This fully remote contract role supports high-volume hiring initiatives and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring, primarily focused on sales positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Maintain an organized pipeline while managing multiple open requisitions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success in high-volume sales recruiting.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently during Eastern Time business hours.
