About the Role:

• As a Senior International Sales Recruiter, you will own high-priority searches across EMEA and other international markets.
• You will specialize in business-critical hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other commercial functions.
• This role combines hands-on full-cycle recruiting with strategic talent partnership and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close for international business roles.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent markets and sourcing strategies.
• Build regional talent maps, manage candidate pipelines, and use data to refine search strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience with significant exposure to international business hiring in high-growth tech companies.
• Strong EMEA talent market knowledge and ability to adapt sourcing strategies by region and function.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
