About This Team and Role:
- Our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team architect and execute hiring strategies that power Mozilla’s growth.
- As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will drive full-lifecycle recruitment for critical Go-To-Market functions across EMEA.
What You'll Do:
- Drive full-lifecycle GTM hiring for complex functions including Sales, Enterprise Business Development, and Product Marketing.
- Execute strategic sourcing and pipeline engineering using HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized talent communities.
- Manage advanced negotiations and offer execution, navigating UK/EMEA statutory requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Go-To-Market roles in high-growth technology.
- Expertise with recruitment technologies including Greenhouse ATS, HireEZ, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of UK and European labor compliance, IR35 nuances, and regional offer structuring.
