Job Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Commercial, Enterprise, and Government.
- Run 3-5 concurrent searches with executive search rigor: market mapping, targeted outreach, and pipeline ownership.
Skills & Requirements:
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 5 in GTM.
- Proven ability to close hard-to-fill positions using outbound-first sourcing strategies.
Compensation:
- The target base salary is $60-$80 per hour, with final offers based on location and experience.
