GTM Recruiter (Contract)

Job Description:

• This role is for a full-cycle GTM recruiter to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building the operating system for construction and field service contractors.
• The platform unifies payroll, HR, time tracking, expense management, and field operations.
• Miter serves over 1,500 contractors and has SOC 2 Type II certification.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle ownership from intake through offer and close.
• Direct sourcing as a core skill and experience partnering with hiring managers.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Run structured interview processes including intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and close.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and calibration.
