Recruiter

Core Responsibilities:

• Take client intake and turn a vague brief into a clear, structured search.
• Source across channels, not just one. Find candidates who are not answering job-board ads.
• Screen candidates and build shortlists your client trusts.
• Manage the process to close: scheduling, feedback loops, keeping candidates warm, handling offers.

Process Improvement:

• Turn what works into reusable screening rubrics, sourcing playbooks, and outreach templates.
• Every role you run makes the next one faster. Build a library, not one-off searches.

Work Conditions:

• Contractor agreement, remote, full time capacity.
• Paid monthly in USD, $500 to $650 per month base plus bonus per closed role.
• 21 working days off per year plus Egyptian public holidays, flexible hours with core overlap from 11:00 to 16:00 Cairo time.
• Full access and training on the recruitment stack: Ashby, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Fireflies, Claude, n8n and more.
