Partnering with your function to offer solutions and ensure HR policies are in line with business goals, provide strategic expertise relating to Organization development, global Compensation & Benefits Performance and Talent Development for the effective growth of rapidly expanding function, provide performance management guidance to line management, and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.

As a Benefits Administrator, you will deliver and develop Lime’s employee benefits proposition in 25+ countries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions. The successful applicant will ensure effective administrative controls are maintained and deadlines met in tandem with global payroll teams. You will help design and implement systems that enable us to move quickly while maintaining quality and efficiency.
