Talent Acquisition Manager GTM France

What you'll do:

• Headhunt top profiles (Sales, Marketing, Support) by sourcing and reaching out after identifying hiring needs.
• Assess applications and manage candidate screening and pre-qualification interviews.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and coach hiring managers on best practices.

Who you are:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment, including commercial/business profile hiring.
• Mixed agency/search and internal TA experience with headhunting background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships.
