Talent Acquisition Manager (Contract)

The Role:

• Hands-on recruiting capacity to support Pigment's hiring drive.
• Initial six-month contract with potential rolling extension.

• Source and engage passive, top-tier SaaS talent.
• Screen and assess candidates for values and competencies.
• Track metrics and contribute to process improvements.

Your Experience:

• At least 5 years in Talent Acquisition in fast-growing environments.
• Strong headhunting and communication skills.
• Analytical, rigorous, and comfortable in fast-paced settings.
