About the Role:
- This is a contract role focused on sourcing sales talent across the AMER region.
- You will work in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, online research, and other outbound channels.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Experience sourcing for sales roles, ideally in software.
- Strong research and communication skills, with familiarity with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
